We are North Fork Senior Connections, an independent, locally-run 501 (c3) nonprofit organization operating throughout the North Fork Valley on the Western Slope of Colorado.
Our mission is to help seniors to age in place and to provide opportunities to remain active and connected to the community at large. We believe that all persons deserve to age in place if that is what they choose, and that the community has the capacity to support that choice. We further believe that seniors have a role to play in the life of the community and unique perspectives that should be included, valued and respected.
We serve the entire North Fork Valley on the Western Slope in Colorado, including the towns of Paonia, Hotchkiss and Crawford and the mesas and unincorporated areas that surround them.
Board of Directors:

A Huge Thank you to Our Partners
We operate through partnerships with our volunteers and gifts provided by generous local donors, community businesses, and grants from statewide funding institutions – to all of whom on behalf of the seniors of the North Fork Valley we say “Thank you!”
