North Fork Senior Connections (NFSC) is an independent, locally-run 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization operating throughout the North Fork Valley on the Western Slope of Colorado. Our mission is to help adults 65 and older age in place and in community. We believe that all persons deserve to age in place if that is what they choose, and that the community has the capacity to support that choice. We further believe that older adults have a role to play in the life of the community and unique perspectives that should be included, valued and respected.

Upcoming Events

With winter around the corner, we hope you’ll join us on the trail beside Anthracite Creek at Erickson Springs on Wednesday, October 4, at 1:00. It’s a good, mostly-level trail (just keep an eye out for embedded rocks and tree roots!) with great scenery, only a half-hour from Paonia in the Gunnison National Forest. Autumn leaves? Let’s carpool, leaving at 12:30! Sign up by calling 527.3482.

Service Saturday

Time to sign up for the annual fall clean-up! Do you have a swamp cooler that needs to be checked out or exterior windows that need cleaning? Now’s your chance to volunteer or make a request for service.
