  “Breathing to Save Your Life” classes. He will be on hand for 3 Tuesd
 ays @ 2: July 15\, August 5\, and August 19.\n\nDerek will be teaching bas
 ic breathing mechanics\, the how\, what\, when and where of breathing and 
 how to apply to daily life for maximum benefits. Class will only last 45 m
